Red High Heels Ring in The New Year
I saw these gorgeous red high heels today and promptly thought of celebrating New Years Eve with them! Are they not perfect for champagne and dancing? I know they are open toed and might be a bit cool on the toes, but if you are dancing enough, you and your toes will stay warm. I love the sexy straps on these high heels. And high they are for sure– 4.5 inches worth of heels on these shoes. But these shoes feature a padded footbed..so dancing and toasting should be possible with these sexy high heels, don’t you think? In case, bring an extra pair of some comfy slipper type shoe so after you style out for a while in the red heels, you can switch if need be.

An Elfish Looking High Heel?
Hmm….now is it just me or the eggnog? Don’t these shoes have you thinking “Elf”? I am staring at these through “eggnogged “eyes (well, you know–weekends and holidays= parties, right?) and I can’t help but think these shoes would be perfect for the North Pole.
So I guess they have their good points….. like that 5 inch heel. And I love the red color. But, um, I think Santa can keep these shoes at the North Pole this Christmas.
These Dereon Swinger Heels are featured at Heels.Com, and I just can’t decide how I really feel about them. I guess if they were given to me for Christmas (?? Anyone??) I’d certainly take them and have fun wearing them (with what I’m not sure–I’m envisioning a red cape-like coat and green tights, LOL), but would I actually go out and buy these shoes, or order them online? Doubt it. Actually though, these heels do kind of grow on you, and they’d probably look fabulous with some dressy black slacks.
