Giuseppe Zanotti Platfrom Sandals: Where’s the Heel?

I am not sure just how one walks around in these Giusepee Zanotti platform sandals but actress Lucy Liu apparently does! Liu was spotted wearing these amazing shoes by Zanotti recently.
I love the sexy T strap vamp and the ankle strap/buckle closure – and have I mentioned that these Giusepee Zanotti shoes are made with 100% black patent leather?
