RETURN OF THE DEAD

I would post this as a mere comment but couldn’t for fear some people would overlook it. I wrote the post ‘ The Death of my Favorite Shoes’ (look it up) in March about the day my beloved black wedges passed away. I had people write to me telling me thier stories of shoes that had passed on. I am more than delighted to inform everyone that my wedges have been given another chance, in fact, I am wearing the lil beauties at this very moment! I had to search all over to find a repair shop that wanted to take on the challenge of resuscitatingthem, but I finally did. An old Italian man cockily told me that he could have it done by the end of the day - AND FOR ONLY $3!! I was in disbelief, but he did it. He really did it so I am now happily back together with my resurrected pair of gorgeous black wedges. YAY! I wish I could take everyone’s favorite pair of shoes to him so no more tears would fall for our friends, the fallen favorite shoe. Ciao!!!
