Going for gold
Apparently gold is going to be all the rage this Spring/Summer so if you want to be in fashion but steer shy of looking like an extra from a cheap sci-fi movie then investing in a pair of golden mules will keep you a la mode without taking it all a bit too far. Ooh, I totally agree! It is hard to find a good pair of shoes without completely drawing too much to yourself and without looking like you’re straight out the ghetto. Because I have gotten into wearing high heel sandals, I was fortunate enough to find a really nice pair at a [believe it or not] neighborhood swapmeet for about $25. The features of the shoe are very stylish with a zip up the back three tier ankle strap, and strappy cover over the toes. The gold color is not flashy or loud and can be worn very easily with a nice ensemble. And like your article states, without the hooch mama affect. Great suggestion!
