Many Celebrities Wearing Green On Feet
There are some environmentally-concerned and animal right activist actors in Hollywood such as Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards, Nicole Portman and Alicia Silverstone.
And to keep their green ways going down to their feet, there are shoe designers that have come up with green solutions in shoe designer wear.
Probably the most notable in this area are Mink Shoes, which offers a full line of designer heels, wedges and platform pumps from $300-
$500. This style shown here is called the Aramadillo. The Armadillo is a steal colored faux leather T-strap with a titanium spike heel. Each shoe is extremely unique and is offered in a very limited production. This shoe has to be special ordered, so I guess when you order it that is when you get the price. But I think it’s safe to say it won’t be cheap!
All MINK shoes are custom designed and hand crafted from non-animal products. Natural or scientifically engineered alternatives such as cork, denim, linen, faux fur, and other animal friendly substitutes are used in making their shoes. Leather, suede, pelts, and skins are never used. MINK Shoes adheres to a strict policy of animal preservation, protection, and safeguarding in its designs. Each shoe is extremely unique and is offered in a very limited production.
