Foot Comfort in High Heels

Many ladies enjoy wearing high heels but find that they have foot discomfort at the end of an evening on the town or a long day at work.  There are things that you can do to increase your foot comfort when wearing high heels.

Take short breaks from your high heels.  If you’re out on the town, go to the rest room and take your high heels off.  Put your feet on top of your heels and just wiggle your toes.  Let your feet relax a few minutes before putting your heels back on.

If you are at work, take your heels off while your feet are under the desk.  You can leave a pair of flat slip ons to wear when you are not walking around.  This will give your feet a break and make you less tired at the end of the day.

You can protect your heels by walking to and from your car in regular flats. Not only will it give your feet a break, but you will not risk scuff marks on your high heels.

Wiggle your toes and massage your feet in the evenings. This will get the circulation back in your feet and make wearing heels much nicer for you.
