Love These High Heeled Boots!
OMG–these go right to the top of the list for Friday Favorites. Boots have always been my achilles heel–I love almost every pair I see. Now come these fantastic high heeled boots from Gucci. I am in love.
These Gucci Devendra Boots are made in Italy, feature a 4 inch heel, are suede with Gucci Crest ornaments, fringe detail and studs.
Available at Saks, these amazing Gucci High Heeled Boots are a mere $1250.00. But make a note, the Saks website states that
“DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND, A CUSTOMER MAY ORDER NO MORE THAN THREE UNITS OF THIS ITEM EVERY THIRTY DAYS.”
Drat.
Gorgeous Gucci Pumps On Sale
Are these gorgeous or what! I came across this sale information when visiting shoe blog.com today and wanted to pass it on!
This Gucci pump is breathtakingly elegant, and check out that classic Gucci Bamboo heel! You would normally pay $470 for a pair of these pumps, but there is a new online shoe store, Josephs, where these are on sale for the unbelievable price of…. $157. The catch? According to Shoe Blog, they are available in size 7 at this price through Josephs.
I think this is quite a deal, but cannot guarantee the availability, so if you happen to be a size ‘lucky’ seven, you might want to check this out.
Love My Brit Gucci High Heels
I love to wear high heels and designer high heels are one of my favorites. However, I don’t normally spend money on high end high heels as I would like to. My budget simply can’t afford it. One of my favorite high heel designers is Gucci. I like a lot of the products that Gucci has.
For Mother’s Day, I was given the best present ever. I received a very expensive pair of Gucci high heel shoes. I got a pair of Brit Gucci ankle strap sandals. Wow, did I feel like I had hit the lottery. These are very expensive shoes. They even have the Gucci logo of the letter G on them so that everyone knows how lucky I was to get Gucci.
Grease High-Heel Platform Sandal
The Grease High-Heel Platform Sandal by Gucci sells for $595.00 at Neiman Marcus online.
The shoe is made in Italy and of a rich orange suede with GG detail. The platform and heel are made of a dark cork and gives the shoe a stylist twist.
The GG signature is on the platform and also offers a unique feature.
I loved platform shoes back in the 70’s. This Gucci platform is a wonderful reminder of the past, but has a beautiful style for today.

The Gucci ’sevigny’ is different but retains classic lines
Normally I focus on the style of the shoe and not the color, but this shoe is so fantastic in all the colors all I can say is Gucci’s spring/summer ‘08 collection is killing me with beauty, clean lines, and so much sexy.
The ’sevigny’ high heel has an ankle strap and are classified (of course) as sandals for the lots of open foot as well as the open toe. It has a horsebit ring buckle detail and the heels themselves stand at an impressive, yet wearable, 4.1 inches.
The colors these come in are black leather (as shown on the model and only available on the website), black python, and (also pictured here) the light gold.
They also come in a light gold metallic color that is calling my name clear as a bell, let me tell you. The clean lines and doing a cuff in the front of the heel are daring and new, while still retaining a sense of classic style and simplicity.
These are shoes you could wear anywhere and while they would be noticed, they wouldn’t seem out of place.

High Heels from Gucci - A dash of gold
Gucci has always been known for class and style, and this example from the spring/summer ‘08 line does not disappoint!
The “bootie” type shoe was big last fall. Especially that one lace up shoe-boot-heel in tweed and gray gracing the pages of Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom.
I don’t know about you, but all those grey tweed shoes found me wishing a brand would walk down the runway with a little pizazz, a little flair. Something that didn’t scream “dowdy librarian that happens to be wearing heels.” But still, something I could wear to work if I had an event to attend straight afterward. (Okay, maybe not an event…maybe just drinks with the girls, but I still want to look fab!)
Gucci has taken away the dowdy lace-up aspect of the fall and turned it into a more modern shoe that is unlike any other. With just the strip of gold in back, this can be worn to work and then transition smoothly to dinner or drinks after.
With the added support in the front for the top of your foot, you can get away with the daring height of the heel. You don’t feel like you’re walking on tiptoe when your whole foot is supported, which is why I think this is a great transition shoe that can be worn more often than a shoe with very little in the way of toe coverage.
I’m a big fan of a versatile shoe, and Gucci has really come through. Not only is it sexy, it’s professional. It can be almost anything depending on the clothing you pair them with.
Gucci Britt High Heels Elegant Heel to Wear
The Gucci Britt high heels are an elegant heel to wear. They are part of the Gucci’s website exclusive heels that you are supposed to be able to purchase only through their website offers. You can get a pair of Gucci Britt high heels for around $625 a pair.
These high heels are actually a sandal high heel. They are 3.7 inches high with a slight flair at the bottom of the heel to make them have the spiked heel appearance but easier to keep your balance and avoid accidental and embarrassing trips.
The interlocking G ornament on the front of the strap lets everyone know that you are fashion conscious and wearing a Gucci shoe. There will be no doubt in anyone’s mind that you care about fashion and staying with the trends when they see the Swarovski crystal silver G on the strap for the ankle of this elegant high heel sandal.
The primary color for this satin material high heel is black. The black is my favorite to be honest. You can get a pair for around $500 that is metallic gold leather with a gold Swarovski crystal G on the ankle strap if you have enough black high heels in your collection.
Gucci Sunset Mid Heel High Heel Shoe
The Gucci Sunset is a mid heel high heel shoe that is extremely comfortable to wear. The white patent leather material and color is great to go with virtually any outfit that you have. I think that this wedge sandal goes great with summer day dresses or slacks for when you’re going to be outside partying at a barbeque.
The wedge heel is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. You can purchase a pair of the Gucci Sunset heels for around $600 a pair. You’ll especially like the ankle strap which makes your feet and ankles look sexy while you walk around in supreme comfort.
Gucci Sunset Platform High Heels for Office Wear
You can get a very nice pair of Gucci Sunset Platform high heel shoes for around $600 a pair. These are great for office wear because they have the wider stiletto heel. This means that you can walk around in them more comfortably when you’re at work and slip them off while you’re seated at your cubicle.
The horse-bit silver buckle across the toe is a nice accent. With the platform style, they will go with virtually any winter office outfit that you have in your wardrobe. You can look powerful and classy at work wearing these Gucci platform heels.
Gucci Black Suede Casti High Heel
Gucci has some excellent high heel shoes for you to add to your winter high heel shoe collection. What I really like is that they have some gorgeous high heel shoes that come in black. The prices for these vary. If you go to the Gucci high heel shoe website, they even offer some exclusives that are only sold through their website.
I really like one of their styles that is Casti high heel open toe sandal. It has the spiked sexy heel. The back is closed for winter fashion. The toe is just open enough to show off your feet without you freezing too death. The Swarovski crystal embroidery wraps around the heel of the shoe and looks great! It really draws attention to the feet.
