Jimmy Choo Accessories to go with High End High Heels
Jimmy Choo has some beautiful high heel shoes. You can find pumps, stilettos, sexy high heel shoes and more. What I think that I really like about the collection of Jimmy Choo is that he carries designer bags and sunglasses as well. You can typically find nice accessories to go with your Jimmy Choo high heel shoes.
If you are going to pay top dollar for Jimmy Choo high heel shoes, you should also think about your accessories. The better your accessories, the better your entire outfit is going to look as a whole. Having a nice pair of sun glasses that match your high heel shoes could really make a world of difference in your entire outfit.
Jimmy Choo High Heel Shoes
Jimmy Choo high heel shoes are very classy stiletto heel high heels. These shoes can really make a difference in how your feet and your legs look. One of my favorite in the Jimmy Choo high heel shoe collection is the criss-crossed sandal in silver. It has a stiletto heel and looks absolutely stunning.
You can expect to pay a lot of money for Jimmy Choo high heel shoes. He’s a very classy designer that does heels, regular women’s shoes, sunglasses and designer hand bags. For example, the criss-crossed sandle by Jimmy Choo can cost you around $700 for a pair. They are in the high end heels and very designer heels for you to wear.
Black Leather Grommet Ankle-Tie Heels
Affording designer shoes is only a dream for me. But, there are beautiful styles available and I came across a pair by Jimmy Choo that spoke to me.
Jimmy Choo’s black leather grommet ankle-tie heels impressed me, with what reminds me of a vintage style, and I love the ankle ties. Any shoe that draws focus to the ankles gives a more feminine and sexy appeal.
The shoe comes in soft black with a round open toe and large gold metal grommets on the vamp and back. The stiletto heel measures 2 1/2 inches. The shoe isn’t only beautiful and versatile, but looks to be comfortable.
The retail value is $550, but this shoe can be purchased at Bluefly for $440. I doubt I’ll be saving to buy these because my budget and my lifestyle wouldn’t afford it, but these would be at the top of my list.

Jimmy Choo brings high end high heels higher
While it has been the trend for shoe prices at boutiques to increase since around 2002, this year is finding the high end high heel higher than ever. It seems every major designer has the standard line of shoes ranging from $300 - $600 as they’ve had for the past few years, but now they have a super-high-end shoe as well.
Every line wants to have shoes that become exclusive, coveted more than any pair and Jimmy Choo is no exception. The way these companies create demand among already crazed fans is to make even more exclusive shoes by making them more expensive.
“Footwear is having its runway moment,” says Marshal Cohen, chief analyst for New York market research firm NPD Group. Designers are “raising the cachet of the brand by having one extravagant style, and that one makes the other pairs seem more reasonable.”
This means that high priced shoes aren’t going anywhere, because no matter the price (the shoes pictured in this post retail at $1,400) they’re selling, and ultimately the supply vs. demand is all that matters. For boutique owners as well as manufacturers.
Miuccia Prada recently was quoted as saying, “The obsession with handbags has finished for now. It feels over. It’s about shoes.”
This means these super-high end shoes are just another must-have accessory. It’s not enough to just have a pair of Jimmy Choos - the true high heel queens will be the ones sporting these super-heels, where they aren’t as likely to find someone else wearing the same style.
Full Designer Shoes, Half The Price
I like many others love the shoes on the feet of many celebrities, but I don’t even try to find these things because I have no intention of selling my car to buy a pair of shoes. Without knowing the price I think it’s easy to figure out that the average person probably can’t afford them.
I was pleasantly surprised to come across a website today that offers designer shoes at half the price (or lower). Shoes such as this one by Gucci. It retails for $765 but at Intrends Luxury Online you can get it for $295.

More designers include Jimmy Choo, Fendi, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Prada and Versace. For some designers you will find purses on the site as well.
Now let’s be real. A lot of us can’t afford $300 pairs of shoes, but for those who can, they can save a few hundred dollars here.
Are you Coo Coo for Choo?
In the midst of all my postings showing you shoes from this designer and that one, I realized something: I’m obsessed with high heels. Okay, maybe obsessed is too strong of a word. I wouldn’t, say, go bankrupt in order to have a pair of Manolo Blahniks…like Carrie Bradshaw almost did. But, I could easily sit at my computer all day, every day looking at shoes…even though I couldn’t afford over half of them. They are just, well, fun to look at. And I can picture which outfit I would pair them with. Of course, I can also picture myself falling and cracking an ankle in some of them…as I did once in a pair of high heel boots. But, I wasn’t deterred from wearing heels after that crash, and I wouldn’t be after any other.
This makes me wonder about something that guys have wondered about for a long time: what is it about women and shoes? It seems like a huge portion of the female population is coo coo for Choo…along with Manolo and many others. So, I pose this question to all the HHB ladies: what is it that you love about heels?
Buying Your Designer Heels on eBay
If you can’t quite afford the $1000 price tag that comes with a pair of Manolo Blahniks, why not buy a pair online at eBay? A lot of the designer shoes up for sale have never been worn, but instead are just stock that never sold out at various shoe stores and websites. Here are just a few of the shoes I came across today that were up for bid:
These pink Jimmy Choo heels were going for just $136.24 a mere 40 minutes before the bids closed:
The bidding was up to just $229 for this pair of Manolo Blahnik mules just 5 hours before the bids closed:

And this pair of Manolo Blahnik’s, still a few days away from closing, is only up to $53:
