Loving Me Some Fall Shoe Styles!
I have said it before and I’ll say it again…I love Fall and the shoes that come with it! Fall 2008 is bringing some especially yummy high heel styles, and one of my personal favorites so far is the Sergio Rossi Angelica Giraffe Print Pump. Is it not great? These beautiful heels feature a 3.5 inch heel straight from Italy. You have to love this shoe, even if you don’t buy it or wear it (I know animal prints are not going to work for everyone, but still it is so fun to just look at this high heel) you can’t deny how seriously devilish this shoe looks!
But even if you don’t find these animal print heels sexy and a must have for your closet, you may want to think twice–the safari print is a hot Fall trend this year.
Men Are Inspiring The Fall Shoe Collections This Year (again)
We will be seeing the familiar menswear inspired shoes for women this Fall. I am not a huge fan overall of the oxford influenced shoe, but this Fall there seems there will be more variety at least.
Women will find flat oxford looking shoes and thankfully heels as well on their menswear inspired shoes. And the heels will add some flavor as well with the chunky look and the stiletto look mixing it up.
Laces…you can have them or leave them. There are ample selections of both styles available for Fall.
What do you think about the strong menswear influence on womens’ shoes this Fall? Love it…Hate it…or just neutral on the look?

Colorful Stilettos Will Make You Happy
Aw, admit it–these sexy colorful stilettos just brought a smile to your face, now didn’t they? Even if the heels on these beauties make your feet hurt just looking at them, those happy colors will make up for it! I really love these shoes, but I doubt I could handle (with any grace at least) those amazing 5 inch stiletto heels.
The Highest Heel Collection also offers these sexy heels in a great yellow color I really like as well, but not as much as the pair shown here. Fun colors, sexy high heels and a pretty cool price ($64), make these shoes a favorite of mine!
These High Heels Are Not Made For Walking
But who cares?? These L.A.M.B ‘Nayuta’ shoes are so sexy and cute who cares if they are comfortable for walking in?
These yummy shoes feature leather uppers, leather linings and soles. Check out the zipper detailing–beautiful. And the stacked chiseled heel is a sexy 4 1/2 inches.
If these high heels were in my budget, they would most definitely be in my closet right now!
Mary Kate Olsen Likes Her Gladiator Boots
Hmm…kind of grunge meets dominarix look on Mary Kate. The Chanel Gladiators just look uncomfortable to me, and how could your legs not get sweaty in those things?
Ah well. I guess I’m just not the kind that could carry the Gladiator boot look off very well. But on Mary Kate Olsen–they just look, well, normal for her.

Gladiator Boots gone wild??
I know the Gladiator look in shoe fashion is all the rage since Sex and The City made women’s mouths drool everywhere, but I’m truly dubious about these Givenchy Gladiator boots.
Without a doubt these high heeled Gladiator boots demand a great leg, and a “I don’t give a damn” kind of attitude–don’t you think?
Just looking at these extreme boots makes my legs itchy and sweaty. Sorry Givenchy, I for one would pass on these gladiator gone mad boots.
Purple Shoes For Fall– A Must Have?
The buzz around ‘heelsville’ these days is that purple is the color to have for your shoes this fall. Carlos Santana is paying heed to this mantra apparently, with these sexy heels which of course are available in purple!
I love the strap– sexy and adjustable–what more could a girl ask for? And Carlos is not kidding around–this heel is 4 inches which is a high heel at it’s finest!
These Carlos Santana Heels also come in black and silver, but to be in sync with Fall fashion, I suggest you spend the $100.00 these sexy shoes cost, and get the exquisite purple!
Red Heels Gone Cute!
Are these not cute? Mary Jane takes on a sexy sheen with these shoes by Two Lips. The red patent leather is hot, in my humble opinion, but if it isn’t your favorite, the shoe also comes in white, yellow and black. While stilletos are sexy and glamorous, these chunky 3 1/2 inch heels are fabulous in their own right!
Zappos has these fun Mary Janes from Two Lips for $83.00. A fun shoe for a fairly fun price!

Best High Heels For Romance?
An interesting survey by the women’s website, Handbag.com revealed that a large number of women said that wearing black high heels by designer Christian Louboutin makes them feel sexier. Experts have also said that the red-soled shoes by Louboutin are the most likely heels to get a man’s attention.
Celebrities Gwyneth Paltrow, who sported a pair at the Iron Man premiere in New York, Angelina Jolie, Posh Spice and Sex and the City’s Kristin Davis, are some of the most faithful fans of Christian Louboutin’s shoes, and countless women all over either own at least one pair of the famous high heels, or have a goal to own a pair one day!
“The classic black heels by Christian Louboutin are women’s favourite shoes to make them feel sexy. Wearing them makes women feel more attractive – and also more likely to catch a man’s eye. So donning these designer heels could lead to better sex and far more of it,” the Sun quoted Handbag.com fashion editor Belinda White, as saying.
And what does infamous shoe designer Cristian Louboutin say about his highly coveted heels?
Louboutin admits that he crafts heels to “slow women down and give them a sexier gait”.

Natalie Portman’s Vegan Shoe Line
Actress Natalie Portman has a cruelty-free line of shoes for specialty retailer Té Casan, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting The Nature Conservancy, an organization dedicated to ecological protection.
“As a vegan, it’s been challenging finding designer shoes made of alternative materials, says Portman. “This collection offers a great selection without compromising quality or style.”
Have you checked out Natalie Portman’s vegan shoe line yet? I don’t have any stand out favorites, but these Petra heels are pretty cute and stylish in their simplicity.
