Vintage High Heels: An Etsy Find

Vintage high heels ….. love ‘em! Look at these genuine alligator pumps, circa 1950. I came across this pair of Martinique Custom Made for Nordstrom’s Shoes on Etsy, and instantly fell in love. Alas, they will not fit me…being that they are an 8, and very narrow (aaaa,) but I still can drool over the picture. Sure, they could use some reconditioning, but they look to be in fairly good shape considering their age. These shoes feature all leather insoles and soles, flared heel tips and a sexy 3.75 inch stiletto heel.
The women of the 50′s definitely knew what look was strong yet sexy. I love vintage style….it’s just so classy and dignified. Sigh. Back to my shoe-ogling.
